Tai Chi Friendship

Tai Chi is known for increasing movement with ease and agility. Come join us as we learn this ancient Chinese form of exercise originally created as a fighting art.

A time-tested set of exercises to increase physical and mental ability. The practice gently

improves circulation, concentration, and posture. Ed Pratt has been practicing Yang style Tai Chi for over 30 years. In addition to Yang, he also practices Wu Dang and Chen Tai chi, Baguazhahn, Xing Yi, Liuhebafa, Qi Gong and Shaolin. He also has expertise with a variety of martial arts. Now retired, he continues his training to improve and develop his expertise in the vast internal systems that compose Tai Chi Chuan. Bring your own water bottle.
