improves circulation, concentration, and posture. Ed Pratt has been practicing Yang style Tai Chi for over 30 years. In addition to Yang, he also practices Wu Dang and Chen Tai chi, Baguazhahn, Xing Yi, Liuhebafa, Qi Gong and Shaolin. He also has expertise with a variety of martial arts. Now retired, he continues his training to improve and develop his expertise in the vast internal systems that compose Tai Chi Chuan. Bring your own water bottle.
