In this class guests will participate in vigorous aerobic exercise while in shallow water. This class promotes muscle strength, endurance and muscle tone. This is a high energy water aerobics class for active adults.
To maintain social distance class capacities have been reduced. Masks are required outside of the water. Appropriate swim attire is required.
