Comment(s): All REQUESTS MUST BE MADE 15 DAYS IN ADVANCEDPR equipment requests can be made below for your Special Events. Requests below should be ONLY for Equipment and/or Transportation Requests. Transportation request are for District Government ONLY. If you are also requesting space at a DPR facility that should be done as a Special Request. Click below all the times you are requesting for your event INCLUDING set up and break down, then add to cart.Equipment are available only by "Request". Your request will need to be assessed by a Permit Officer before rental can be approved. THIS REQUEST IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A PERMIT OFFICER CONTACTS THE CUSTOMER AND A FIRM (Paid) RECEIPT IS ISSUED. Space may look available but the Permit Office will need to assess the request before confirmation. All Equipment requests MUST be made 15 days in advance of your event. The request receipt will show IN-REVIEW and a zero balance and you will be contacted by a Permit Officer within 7 business days, costs will only be assessed if and when the space is confirmed.
