Cardio kick is a type of workout that combines elements of boxing and karate. It involves punching and kicking combinations that are performed for set periods of time, followed by brief rest periods. It engages both your upper and lower body. The aim is to keep moving for the entire class, and to get your heart rate up so that you can burn calories and fat. It also includes resistance training to that engages multiple muscle groups. The class can be quite challenging but also fun. All fitness levels. However, caution should be taken , this class may not be suitable for certain health conditions. Water, comfortable clothing, towel and supportive shoes required.
