Developmental III
For swimmers ages 13 & Older

Swimmers must be able to complete a minimum of 50 yards of Freestyle using rhythmic side breathing, Backstroke, and either Breaststroke or Butterfly. All strokes must be completed independently without stopping.

This level focuses on stroke technique, skill development, and anaerobic development. Practices are offered twice per week and competitions are available at least once per month.

Minimum Training sets include:

4 x 50 Freestyle @ 1:40

4 x 50 Flutter Kick @ 2:00


Required Equipment:
Competition: Team swim suit, Team caps, Team shirt
Training: Mesh Bag, Water Bottle, Long flexible Fins, Kickboard, Pull Buoy, 2 goggles, 2 caps, swim suit.
Optional: Snorkel
