Spin class is a high-intensity indoor cycling workout led by an instructor. Participants ride stationary bikes designed specifically for spinning, which allow them to adjust the resistance and simulate different terrains. The class is an excellent cardio, calorie burning ,and muscle toning workout. Even though, it is high-intensity it is low-impact, easy on joints and reduces the risk of injury. All fitness levels. Water, towel, fitness clothes and good supportive shoes are required.
