Special Requests Application

Attention: This form must be submitted NO LESS than 30 days before your event. The Permit Team will need at least 30 days to process all REQUESTS. 

Your application will be reviewed in the order that it is received. Please allow up to 3 business days for our office to review your request. You will be notified, via email provided on this form, when your request is transitioned to the next phase of the review process.

Approvals will be based on the following: (Adjustments may be made to help accommodate the request but will possibly delay the approval process)

1. Dates and times of event

2. Location availability of the event

3. Type of event

4. Number of days until requested event

5. Specifics of the request (equipment requests)

Additional Information:

1. Events of 50 people require the use of a portable restroom

2. DJ/Live music request- an email to local ANC is required

3. Inflatable request- Requires additional insurance

4. Food- Additional information required
