Permit change requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the event.
One change request submission is permitted per event.
If you are looking to request a cancellation of your event, please note that cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit and a 75% refund of the permit fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund of the deposit ONLY, but no refund of the permit fee.
